Chai Tea

I follow the Functional Nutrition Alliance and they recently posted a recipe for Chai. I just tried it and it’s super tasty! I decided to adapt the recipe into the version you see below. Not only does this tea warm you up, it’s also good for you! It will help with the following:

  • Regulate your blood sugar

  • Boost your immunity

  • Focus your brain

  • Support your gut

  • Anti-inflammatory

The spice mix will make 16 cups of tea. Enjoy!

Spice mix

  • 8 teaspoons Turmeric

  • 8 teaspoons Ginger

  • 4 teaspoons Cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoons Cardamom

Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.  Makes 16 cups.
