I’m a registered and certified health & functional nutrition coach that helps men and women over 40 who struggle with low energy or have trouble sleeping. I help you develop healthy habits to gain energy, sleep better, lose weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle without dieting. I offer one-on-one and group coaching using a holistic approach to align your mindset with food and body so that you can heal, live fully, and transform into the best version of yourself. This three-week program is designed to create healthy habits and kick-start your health and well-being through mindset and habit change. You will learn how to reset your baseline for healthy living and tune into your body’s unique needs to create a blueprint for your healthy future.
The Reset Cleanse
This whole-foods cleanse is a pathway to release toxins and excess bloat from your tissues, reset your digestive system and renew your baseline of wellbeing. You will learn how food affects the way you feel, how to attune to your body’s unique needs, and activate your natural healing potential.
