Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅓ Quick Cook Oats
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond, etc.)
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 Bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ Cup Nuts (Peanuts, Almonds, etc.)
  • 2 Tbls Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbls Chia Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients drop spoonfuls on baking sheet.
  3. Press into cookie shape (cookies will NOT spread during baking).
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until top of cookies become golden brown.
  5. Remove and let cool before storing.
  6. Store in freezer and allow to thaw for a few minutes before eating.
