I’ve Been There
My name is Renay and I've had my share of sleepless nights. It's not fun. I noticed as I started getting older, my sleep habits changed. I started waking through the night and also had trouble falling asleep.
That’s why I focus on sleep… it’s so important for every function in our bodies. I’ve become a bit of a nerd about sleep and need to know why certain activities promote good quality sleep while others do not.
I now understand why I personally have sleepless nights and know what to do to make it better and I want to share my insights with you.
