Join me as I welcome guest speaker Dilyana Mileva who will share strategies for women who experience sleep changes during perimenopause.

The most common and severe symptom of perimenopausal women is poor sleep.  This workshop provides drug-free information and strategies for decreasing insomnia experienced by perimenopausal women.

You will learn essential tips to get a restful sleep, practical drug-free ways to improve sleep during midlife, avoid mistakes that rob many women of restful sleep, and enhance energy during the day.

Dilyana is a yoga teacher and holistic menopause coach.  She is the Founder and CEO of Dilyana Holistic Healing Academy and Sleep for Live online program.  She developed her approach to menopause through research and her yoga practice and meditation, which has helped her stay grounded and focused on harmony with all.

Entering her early 40s, she started experiencing some of the symptoms of perimenopause.  Going through crashing fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, and other perimenopause symptoms herself was the key moment in her career.  She took time out to research and understand these changes.  She took a holistic approach and began to adapt her yoga and meditation practice for these changes.  After creating her own calm confidence, clarity, and connection, she felt drawn to support others.

Seeing the results these changes bring in her life, she created a specific mind-body connection wellness program.

Dilyana decided to dedicate her career to helping women in midlife to thrive and find their power during this transition period.  Her mission is for women to feel safe to fully express themselves and take care of themselves so they can live a life from their power, their passion, and their purpose.
