A comparison based on nutritional value.  Of course nutritional values may change based on the brand you purchase.  What milk you choose depends on the following:

  • How you are consuming – Are you trying to replace milk?  Are you drinking as a beverage?  Are you cooking or baking with it?

  • Taste – Each milk tastes different.  This will be a personal preference.

  • Texture – Do you want to use it in a green tea latte?  Hot chocolate?  Do you want it to mimic cow's milk?

  • Nutritional value – Do you want more protein?  Less sugar?  Less carbohydrates?

How your body reacts to it – Every body reacts differently. You'll need to find what milk works best for your unique body.
