As I have mentioned before, I LOVE bowls! This is my latest obsession, the Chocolate Protein bowl. What I love about bowls is that you can take whatever you have on hand and make a bowl out of it. Seriously! This recipe is no different. If you’re interested in how I made mine, check it out below. I love the fact that I can get in a bunch of good things and the bowl still tastes amazing.
Ingredients
- One scoop protein powder (I used Isagenix IsaLean Shake)
- One heaping spoonful of Collagen Powder
- One scoop mushroom powder (I use CanPrev Myco10 - love this stuff!)
- One dollop of plain yogurt (I used Bufala Buffalo Yogurt)
- Oat Milk (I make my own - super easy!)
- Granola (I make my own)
- Frozen berry blend (thawed)
Instructions
- Add protein, collagen, and mushroom powders to a bowl.
- Add the yogurt.
- Start mixing together and fold in milk until you reach a pudding consistency.
- Top with granola and berries.
- Yum!
