Chocolate Biscuit Cake

This dessert is AMAZING, but it is NOT healthy. The only thing going for it is the dark chocolate, which is a powerful source of antioxidants and is rich in:

  • Iron

  • Copper

  • Magnesium

  • Zinc

  • Phosphorus

  • Flavanols

This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada, and I made the cake for our family dinner. The girls and I are having dinner with my ex-husband, his wife, and step-daughter. Unfortunately, Toronto has reverted to phase 2 due to the rise in Covid cases, so many families won’t be able to enjoy the weekend together. I am grateful that I can celebrate within my immediate family bubble.
