How to Become Your Biggest Fan!

Join me as I welcome guest speaker Kaley Johnson who will teach us about self-talk and why the way you talk to yourself is important.

Self-talk is your internal dialogue.  Your subconscious mind influences it, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas.

You will understand how positive self-talk can improve your life and learn to be powered by empowering self-talk.  Learn the many health benefits of positive self-talk and discover what negative thinking patterns we can use to start cultivating more positive self-talk.  We will also uncover exactly how to change the negative stories we tell ourselves into positive ones that motivate us to be the best versions of ourselves.

Self-talk can be both negative and positive.  It can be encouraging, and it can be demotivating.  So it’s all about building awareness and tuning into the conversation taking place in our heads.

Kaley is a certified health and life coach who specializes in supporting caregivers.  She has been a caregiver professionally for over 25 years, has a degree in human services, has been a foster parent, and has worked in many caregiving roles professionally.

She helps fill the gap in services and support for Caregiver needs.  She saw so many caregivers lose their own identity while caring for their loved ones.

She guides, supports, and shows caregivers it can be different; we can have a life and be a caregiver too!  We may need to look at things differently and invite in a perspective shift.  This has been the inspiration for her coaching programs to support and guide caregivers and help them take back their lives, get out of overwhelm and exhaustion before they get sick themselves

She started her coaching practice, Spark Your Journey, and has not looked back.  Caregivers are truly superheroes and need support now more than ever.
