Just Another Grain Bowl

I love bowls. Oatmeal bowls… grain bowls… rice bowls… salad bowls. There’s something about warm and cold ingredients mixed together. Bowls allow me to mix various items that I have in my fridge together. I seem to never make the same bowl twice. Since I haven’t made one in a while, I decided on a grain bowl today since I had leftover quinoa/lentil blend in the fridge. For protein, I lightly fried an egg using coconut oil infused with turmeric. I LOVE the color of the egg once cooked! Using the same pan, I wilted some spinach and served with green onion and avocado. Topped the bowl with hemp and chia seeds. Yum!
